June Theme Day--My Corner Local Shop

June's Theme Day is My Corner Local Shop, and here is my submission for this theme. This is where I shop for daily essentials such as organic wine (without sulfites), caviar, raw cheese (better for you!) and other such necessities. (Tongue in cheek to some degree.)

Check in with the following Daily Photobloggers to see where they shop in the links below.

Hey! How're you doing? I love this new blog. I like the idea of this store, too. We all need unprocessed food, as I'm learning. This is a great place.

The palm trees in the signboard and the clear sky is so inviting! I had hoped to post a shop like yours but don't have one. Happy theme day!

A fun idea for the theme, and a fun visual composition as well. My favorite "caviar" is tobiko (and just happens to be more affordable!).

For those kind of necessities I should buy there. Cheers from Mexico City.

I like your post today. Interesting you thought of wine. And I saw a pharmacy. And a cat. Lots of ideas that I could have explored.

Groceries from a Wine store - a lot of UK shops survive because they sell alcohol - we call them "off-licences" or colloquially "beer-offs".

Good grief, what must those items cost in HI seeing as your food prices are so much higher than the mainland? I have yet to see "organic" wine so that's something to look for as sulfites have given me headaches from time to time. Happy theme day!

Do they sell local production of wine? Is it red or white? High alcool percentage or low? Sweet or not? I *love* wine and I never listen about a wine without sulfite. This shows that there are no parasitic there.

Cool, I think doing some artsy shots of wine bottles or in glasses would be a cool theme as well?

For those that commented on the sulfite free wine: the organic wine comes from California--both white and red. Different sweetness with different companies, and yes, some have a fairly high alcohol content! :-)
