Question: Why is Kuanyin posting this 'thing' on her daily photo?Answer: I find beauty in common things-- industrial things.
Question: What does this 'thing' have to do with Maui?
Answer: Industry is what keeps this island going. This thing serves a good purpose. Behind the scenes of every glossy, glamorous resort are 'things' which keep the whole operation moving. These common things go unappreciated, even though without them everything would fall apart. Besides, I like it's shiny gold sheen.

Bravo for the common things that keep us going. I like the composition of the cylinder. Nice shot.
I like this photo, common things need their limelight too, you know it is all about behind the scenes and all things even shiny metal objects are beautifully artistic to me!
