The High Price of Gas On Maui
Maui has the distinction and not-so-great honor of having the highest gas prices in America. The price of gas on Maui is also higher than the other Hawaiian Islands--so I hear. Why this is I don't know! $2.89 here in Austin Texas
Our regular gas is $2.99 a gallon most places. Maybe a few cents more here and there. I posted it on my personal blog yesterday.
We were a few pennies short of $3 today in New Olreans. But we don't have a beautiful of gas stations as you do.
Unleaded in the neighborhood is now $3.19; not as bad as Europe or Australia, tho!!

Good idea for a pic, yep it is expensive, and I heard on the news today it is going to go up and nearing $4
San Francisco Bay Area is $3.55. I thought that was bad enough. Crazy prices everywhere.
I think it's around $3.17 here in Minneapolis.
I've seen it over $4.00 in California and Alaska recently.

truly Ouch!!! its hovering a little above 3 here in Fl.....maybe its time we switched to greener hybrids....
$3.49 on Friday 18th in Frankfort, IL (30mi. south of Chicago). :(
