Just The Sky And Ocean
If you normally looked out to sea at this beach, you would see lots and lots of colorful surfers. Several surf schools put their students in the waters at this Kihei beach because of the gentle waves. However, for some odd reason, when I shot this photo, no one was surfing. That's a warm and peaceful photo!! I can imagine laying back, closing my eyes and enjoying the warmth of the sun.
that is odd not to see any surfers - you must have been there early? or I suppose it might be blown out? hmm interesting shot
Actually, it wasn't too early, and this is why I was surprised in answer to your question Kala. Where did all the surfers go?! And not blown out either...I am a rank newbie at knowing how to tweak photos.
