March Theme (Wo)Men at Work
I submitted a question to the forum if women counted in this theme for March, "Men At Work". However, I wasn't able to find a reply, so I am advised by my partner to "live dangerously" and submit my 'women at work'. I happen to love this photo of a woman working with the yellow tape as she blocks off a parking lot for an event.

and definitely better than seeing a man in a suit like that!
Bravo!!
I like the concept
I don't know if this is appropriate attire for working but I'm sure a lot of guys aren't complaining. :-)
There are no strict rules for theme day, you interperate it in whatever way suits your needs. After all, it is your photo blog.
nice photo too.
"men at work" is a generic term and includes both genders -- anyway the DP traditional is always to interpret the theme in any way whatsover. Only a few blogs have actually had women in their theme photos today but this one is the best!
tres bonne idee, et puis voila une bonne photo qui va faire monter ton audimat sur ton blog. bravo j'adore.
very good idea, and then veiled a good photograph which will make assemble your blog rating on your blog. cheer I adore.
Oh absolutely, as Gerald said, it's a generic term. If I'd had a photograph of a woman working, she'd have been there!
Good for you. Lovely capture.

I like this photo, changes from all the men we've got on the other blogs!
lovely photo - popular with the boys I'm sure!
It had to be in Wailea to find such a beautiful picture.
Nice to find a blog from a favourite spot, though I've not gone there for some years...
Yours my be the most viewed photo during the theme day. Because we all enjoy images of women more than men. Now what are you going to post when we have a theme of "women at work"?
Living dangerously is almost always the best advice.
Hi. Beatiful photos and I really like the way you ask questions to make people feel comfortable about interacting.
Thanks for posting to my blog. By the way, there's a Ravenchase office in Honolulu. I'm hoping we'll have our annual meeting there. :)
Well done! This will probably be the most often view photograph of the day. Go live dangerously. Shouldn't be more than one to apply?
Works for me! Check Sally (Sydney) for March 21!
I don't see any reason that you can not post woman today. Besides, yours are very good and must be a very hot day!? If we had chance to take a picture of our local mail carrier, they are usually woman, and that was we wanted to post. Unfortunately, we had no chance so the Plan B is on!
Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!
Not only is the photo very colourful and fun, the choice of Women at Work is definitely one I contemplated myself because I love taking twists on themes.
SO GLAD YOU TOOK IT UP
Please keep on living dangerously, I love it ! Kudos to you !
i think no one will complain about this entry..most eye-catching ;)
I am glad that you took the risk of dangerous life:) She looks definitelly the best among the theme day photos:)
Hey, this is the best theme day people shot since Kala's self portrait! Thanks for living dangerously!
I grew up in So Cal and was a lifeguard for several summers, so all my friends from work have these photos of me cleaning the pool or teaching swimming lessons like this. It's just what happens in warm climbs. I do love the CAUTION tape in this one. . .adds another layer onto an already great photo.
