All kinds of beings are employed by the hotels/resorts to keep the customers happy. Many employ birds such as this parrot. Hey Kuanyin! Nice to see you on my blog :) I have not been on faceboook much lately..life got hectic and I'm tring to catch up. My son has been super sick. Thanks for thinking of me though and stopping by.
This picture brings back melancholy memories. I used to work at Embassy Suites here on Maui..back when they had 13 parrots. I used to work in the bird department on Fridays and do the bird show and take care of them. I LOVED that job! The scarlet Macaw like in the picture was named Ruby. She hated me and took a chunk out of my arm lol! I'll have to find my old pics of me with the birds and scan and post :)
