Seven Sacred Pools
This photo was taken in Hana at the Seven Sacred Pools or Oheo Gulch. I caught it on a day where it was empty...it's often full of people cooling off in the chilly water.

It looks like a nice place to cool down.
It was hot out today and I was at Washington Square to take some photos. I saw a fountain where kids and adults are playing in so I took my shoes off and dipped my feet in the water. It was heaven.
I once went here with six different people we all split up and we all swam in the 7 sacred pools but none of us were together!
A beautiful photo of a very charming place. What a great blog you have, I'm enjoying re-visiting the lovely island of Maui. Thank you!
We got there before the ranger was at the booth collecting entrance fees (8ish?), and we weren't the first at the pools. And we spent the night in Hana! It was still fab, even if we had to share.
That's a beautiful island you've got there, Kuanyin, and 6 days wasn't nearly enough, tho we did our best to see as much as possible. Between my husband and I, we took around 3000 photos (digital). Maui no ka 'oi!
